Amber Schwartz
Amber Schwartz returns to the Wranglers for her second season as Strength and Conditioning Coach. However, she will also be taking on a new role as Media Relations Director this season.
Amber received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and Fitness from Western Illinois University in 2005. She has served as an accomplished personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2002, as well as the Head Instructor for Western Illinois University.
Amber is currently "Gold" certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as an Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist. She also holds certifications with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for Primary Group Exercise and the American Heart Association as a BLS CPR and AED Instructor.
Schwartz has trained many different levels of athletes as well as the elite Peoria Notre Dame High School football team and the Macomb High School Dance Team in which she lead as the Head Coach. She currently serves as a Physical Therapy Aide with a local medical center. She is very excited about leading the players through their individualized exercise programs this season.
